Volcanic Eruptions at the West!
Mr. Booth’s 2nd grade classroom studied the tectonic plates and how they relate to volcanic activity.
The two week unit
erupted in a fitting finale when the students’ working model volcanoes were
taken out of dormancy and began erupting on the playground.

Stoughton's Finest Visit with the West Kindegarten
This week our Kindergarten students were excited to visit with members of the Stoughton Fire and Police Departments. Students were able to "tour" the various vehicles that Officer Faria, Detective Hardy, Officer Lydstone and Lieutenant Campbell presented to them. They were even greeted by Cak, Officer Lydstone's canine partner.
